How much is delivery?

Flat MUR 300 delivery anywhere in Mauritius. Orders over MUR 4,000 ship free. No district premiums, no fuel surcharges.

What if I'm not home when the courier arrives?

Our courier calls ahead and waits a few minutes. If nobody is available we reschedule for the next business day at no extra cost — just tell us when works on WhatsApp. Repeated misses may incur a re-delivery fee.

Can I pay part now and part on delivery?

We don't take partial pre-payments at the moment. The full amount is settled on delivery — Juice, cash or bank transfer once we confirm by phone.

What's covered?

2-year warranty on the motor, 2 years on labour, and 1 year on electrical parts — all periods start from the day of invoice. Covers manufacturing defects only; wear-and-tear items (filters, rollers, batteries past 12 months) and misuse / water damage are excluded. After-sales service available upon request at Floréal, Plaines Wilhems.

Where do you repair?

At our Floréal showroom — repairs are handled in-house by trained technicians, with OEM parts on the shelf. Drop the unit off during opening hours (Mon–Fri 9–5, Sat 10:30–14:00; Sundays and public holidays closed) and we open a ticket on the spot.

How long does a repair take?

Typical turnaround is 2–3 weeks. We keep a deep local stock of spare parts so most repairs ship out same-week. If a part isn't on the shelf we ship it from the factory — air freight is faster, sea freight is cheaper, and we tell you which one we're using the day we order so you know the new timeline.
